Registration fees
There are two levels of registration fee: General and Student, plus a special Accompanying rate intended for spouses, guests, etc., who will not attend the scientific sessions but who wish to join the online social events. It is possible to register separately for the main conference or for the affiliated workshops (workshop registrants may choose which workshop to attend, and may switch between them). A combined registration for both conference and workshops is available at a discounted rate.
This year for the virtual edition with nominal registration fees there is not a separate Academic rate. Also, printed final proceedings will be sent only to attendees presenting a paper. Accompanying registration is free of charge but is limited to one per paid registrant; for consideration of exceptions please contact the General Chairs.Registration (no deadline)

All prices are in US dollars.
Cancellations before February 28, 2021 will be refunded in full. No refunds will be made after February 28, 2021.
At least one author for each accepted paper, poster or panel needs to register at the General rate.
What's included
Conference registration includes:
- admission to the online scientific and exhibition sessions (Monday–Thursday)
- all online social events (Monday–Thursday)
Workshop registration includes:
- admission to the online scientific and exhibition sessions (Friday)
- all online social events (Friday)
The Accompanying rate does not include admission to the scientific sessions but does include:
- admission to the exhibition sessions (including the Rump Session)
- all online social events (on the corresponding days)

Privacy notice: we collect personal information for
conference registration purposes (you may elect not to be included on
the list of participants, which is distributed to the conference
attendees). It is our policy not to use this information for any
other purposes and not to release the information to organizations or
individuals other than those involved in organizing the conference.
However, we will send address information to the publisher for the
purpose of shipping the final proceedings. If you do not wish your
address information to be sent to the publisher, we can arrange for
special handling. There is an additional charge for this service, and
it will result in a delay in the delivery of your copy of the
proceedings. You can
