The conference takes place at the Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa. We have negotiated a special group rate with the conference hotel:

The rate is run-of-house, which means that the room category is determined by availability at the time of check-in. Prices are per night and include breakfast, taxes, parking and wifi. A third adult costs €34.50 per night. An accompanying child age 0–12 on an extra bed is free of charge in a double room with two adults.

We have blocked 80 rooms for conference attendees that will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional rooms are on a space-available basis. You are encouraged to make your reservation as early as possible and no later than March 17, 2023 in order to ensure the rate and availability. After the cutoff date any remaining rooms in the block that have not been reserved will be released by the hotel for sale to other guests.

Update: The contracted cutoff date has passed but the hotel has agreed to honor the group rate on a space-available basis.

Rates are valid for three days before and three days after the dates of the block, for those wishing to extend their stay.

The hotel has recenty switched to a new reservation system; the link formerly listed on this page might still work, but this new one is preferred. Double rooms for single use are listed as a separate category; if you are trying to book a room for single use (at the lower rate) and none are listed as available, please contact the hotel at groups@bluesunhotels.com and request that they add more single-use rooms to the block.
