The conference takes place at the Accra Beach Hotel & Spa in Barbados. We have negotiated special rates with the conference hotel.

These rates are run-of-house, which means that the room category will be assigned based solely on room availability. The rates are in US dollars and include VAT and room rate levy. Service charge is not applicable; gratuity is at the discretion of the guest.

For an extra person in each room, in the instance of triple occupancy, there is a charge of US$60 tax-inclusive with breakfast per person per night. Children under 17 years accompanied by an adult stay free of charge, but there is a charge of US$12.50 tax-inclusive with breakfast per child per night.

For those wishing to extend their stay, the group rate is available 5 days pre and post the conference dates, subject to availablity.

We have blocked 90 rooms for conference attendees that will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional rooms are on a space-available basis. You are encouraged to make your reservation as early as possible and no later than January 5, 2027 in order to ensure the rate and availability. After the cutoff date any remaining rooms in the block that have not been reserved will be released by the hotel for sale to other guests. February is high season in the Caribbean and the hotel may be fully booked.
